METER TEST
Users can apply to test water meters to ensure accurate reading. Application can be made by attending a nearby SAMB counter to make payment as shown in the table below. The existing water meter will be replaced with a new meter for meter testing made. SAMB will inform in writing about the date, time and place of the water meter test. Users can attend to view the test. If the water meter is damaged, adjustments will be made to the user account based on average usage for a period of 3 months and the deposit will be refunded and if the water meter is in good condition, the deposit will not be refunded.
